Research proposal

Research proposals in the D-BIOL have to fulfill certain criteria regarding form and content. Guidelines and a form, which can be used for the title page are here.

PhD committee

Every PhD student of the D-BIOL is required to have a PhD commitee. The rules about its composition are here.

Promotional examinations

Things to consider i.r.o. the promotional exam (registration, exam procedure, audience, etc.) is summarized in this document (PDF, 52 kB). The examinations must be held on one of the time slots on Thursday afternoons listed in below table. The mentioned list as well as the promotional examinations currently scheduled in the D-BIOL can be downloaded here.
